Collaborate with technical teams and leadership to define and maintain technology strategies, including intermediate and end-state architectures, to align the technology portfolio with the opportunities identified in the technology portfolio rationalization and the business value defined by the business vision and strategy.
  10. Lead application modernization initiatives, including rearchitecting legacy mainframe, stand-alone, and web-based applications to value-driven enterprise architecture standards.
  11. Enable continued innovation and evolution of cloud everything-as-a-service, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms in collaboration with segment teams and other Enterprise Shared Services Teams.
  12. Maintain standards & policies, revalidating them based on the latest trends & best practices and socializing them with user-friendly documentation.
  13. Create cost models/dashboards for applications based on resource utilization, licensing cost, and help application teams determine the TCO and plan for future needs.
  14. Evaluate new technologies/platforms for continuous improvement of our assets and develop architecture standards to leverage them.
  15. Choose and adeptly use appropriate cloud services, technologies, tools, methodologies, and solutions to ensure that the architecture is robust, integrated, and aligned with the strategy and long-term objectives of the organization.
  16. Mentor application teams with enterprise data use standards and help them solve non-functional needs like logging, auditing, and end-to-end observability.
  17. Support application teams through various enterprise governance processes and provide “white glove” support to ensure successful implementation.
