Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Engineering Project Manager

Rate: £60PH

Location: Stevenage - 2 days a week

Duration: 12 months

This role will require occasional travel to France 4 times a year.

The Senior Engineering Project Manager role at this company is a fantastic chance to make a real impact as a key member of the project management team. You'll be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of highly complex electronic sub-systems, from concept to full production.

What You'll Be Doing as the Senior Engineering Project Manager:

• Deliver the company's most complex and priority projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Apply your expertise in project management best practices, including risk management, stakeholder management, compliance management, configuration management, and earned value management
• Contribute to the company's delivery strategy and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Oversee the various phases of project management, from conception and initiation through to manufacture, qualification, and customer delivery

What We're Looking for in the Senior Engineering Project Manager:

• Proven track record of delivering significant projects and programmes on time and to budget
• Experience in engineering development, ideally with complex systems or electronic units
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of pride in your work
