Job title: Senior Employment Solicitor
Location: Canterbury
Salary: £70k-£85k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 8+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

My client is a regional heavyweight with rankings in various departments and leading practitioners. Their Employment team is offering a great opportunity to join a growing department at an exciting period of expansion.

The work focuses on both employer and employee matters across the full spectrum of HR work of a contentious and non-contentious nature. The team are very keen to hear from senior lawyers and in particular those with existing contacts or a passion for developing niche areas of work. In return, the department provides a strong platform and the tools to drive business development and expand your practice in a supportive, ambitious environment. This role is ideal for experienced, entrepreneurial lawyers who are perhaps struggling with too much bureaucracy in your current role and are seeking something different.
