Senior Employee Benefits & Incentives Associate - 5 PQE+

Top 20 international law firm is recruiting for a Senior Employee Benefits & Incentives (EBI) Associate to join their small and growing team in London.

They are hiring at the 5 PQE+ level and this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of the practice and to work closely with partners and clients. You will also assist in the supervision and mentoring of juniors.

The role will consist entirely of EIB work and you will be advising private company clients on:

1. Incentives aspects of corporate transactions, including incentives tax aspects;
2. The design of management incentive arrangements, such as EMI option plans, growth shares, CSOPs, LTIPs and other arrangements, including related trust work;
3. Cross-border incentive arrangements, including the roll-out of equity arrangements across multiple jurisdictions;
4. Advising on employment taxes, including termination payments and tax-advantaged share plans (both executive and all-employee).

There may also be the opportunity for overseas secondments, including the US.
