Senior Embedded Software Engineer GBP 40k - 50k

Location: Reading (1 or 2 days a week on-site)

My client is an elite company in their niche, providing electronics and software design services. Due to recent success, they are expanding their R&D team.

Main Duties:

1. Involvement in the whole SDLC
2. Interfacing software with custom hardware
3. Building solutions using the latest embedded platforms

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Experience with the whole SDLC
2. Professional experience programming in C++ in a Linux environment
3. Knowledge of object-oriented design and data structures
4. Knowledge of continuous integration, coding reviews, and testing

Bonus:

1. Experience working in a multi-skilled engineering department with hardware engineers
2. Proficiency in Python
