We are looking for candidates to join our marketing team as a Senior Email Marketing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative thinker with a strategic mindset to join our growing team and develop your skills in a large UK brand.

What does the role involve?
You will be working with our Email Marketing Manager to create emails to promote Britannia Hotels, The Elite Venue Selection, and our sister company, Pontins. This will require the use of our email marketing platform to design emails, select contacts to send to, create targeted segments, develop automated programs, and more.

What skills do you need?
We are looking for someone that is creative, organised, and has a good understanding of email marketing. We want our emails to look nice, generate sales effectively, and be technically well designed. To do the above well, you are likely to be confident on Photoshop, Canva, or an equivalent program and have experience working with an email marketing platform. We are looking for candidates that have a minimum of two years of experience working in email marketing.

Your duties will include:

• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to support business goals
• Assisting with increasing and maintaining our customer database
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations
• Develop and refine email marketing strategies to optimise performance
• Monitor and analyse email campaign performance to make data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Creating segments to target specific audience groups
• Build and manage email programs to incorporate automated workflows and triggered email journeys

• Our offices are in Trafford Park, Manchester
• They have recently been refurbished
