What Will You Be Doing?

1. Owning the email marketing strategy - from planning to execution, ensuring best practices and compliance.
2. Developing and executing CRM campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue.
3. Segmenting and personalising email communications based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stages, and data insights.
4. Optimising email performance through A/B testing, deliverability improvements, and creative enhancements.
5. Managing automation workflows to nurture leads and re-engage lapsed customers.
6. Collaborating with content, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
7. Analysing and reporting on key CRM and email metrics, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.
8. Staying ahead of industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to improve email performance.
