Job Description

About the Role:

Are you an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer with 5+ years of experience and a passion for radar technology? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team in Fareham. You'll be working on the design and development of radar products, with a focus on high-frequency electronics, RF systems, and analogue signal processing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop electronic circuits for radar systems.
2. Work with high-frequency/RF components and analogue signal processing.
3. Develop and integrate electric motor drivers into radar systems.
4. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to deliver innovative solutions.
5. Ensure designs meet performance, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience Required:

1. 5+ years of experience in electronics design (circuit design, RF, and analogue).
2. Expertise in high-frequency and RF systems.
3. Knowledge of analogue signal processing techniques.
4. Experience with electric motor drivers.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
7. UK Passport holder required.
