Torbay Children's Services is seeking to appoint one 0.5 Senior Educational Psychologist, registered with the HCPC, to be part of our skilled and friendly team.
This new post has been created following a recent restructure within the Educational Psychology Service in Torbay. Working alongside the newly appointed Principal Educational Psychologist, the Senior Educational Psychologist will support with the day-to-day operational planning and management of the educational psychology service by undertaking line management and supervisory duties within the service.
This new role will support wider change within SEND and Children's Services across the local area partnership; this is an exciting time to be part of Torbay's next improvement chapter. We are looking for a highly skilled, enthusiastic, and creative Senior EP with a minimum of three years' experience to work collaboratively with our leadership team and wider partners.
We offer a consultation-based model of service delivery, alongside opportunities for in-depth casework, systemic work, and time to further develop professional interests, wherever possible.
We promote solution-focused, person-centred approaches and co-production with our partner agencies to facilitate positive change.
