Do you have 2-3 years experience in recruitment and want an opportunity to influence the company's growth strategy? Veritas Education is looking for a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our expanding London Office.

Responsibilities:

1. Forge strong connections with schools to comprehend their staffing requirements and preferences.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.
3. Coordinate interviews, trial days, and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
4. Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates and schools throughout the placement process.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the recruitment market.
6. Business development with new and existing schools.
7. Meet weekly targets and KPIs set in conjunction with your manager.
8. Sourcing and shortlisting CVs, and registering education staff to fill school vacancies.
9. Searching job sites for CVs.
10. Utilising the company database to recruit candidates.
11. Writing job adverts to attract candidates.
12. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
13. Writing candidate profiles.

3. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
4. Ability to build relationships.

6. Passionate about the difference education can make, regardless of whether you have worked in education before or not.
