Ripple is a crypto solutions company redefining how the world moves, manages, and tokenizes value. Through RippleX, we support and champion an open community of developers on XRP Ledger (XRPL), so they can advance the solutions and innovation needed to allow businesses, consumers, institutions, and governments to fuel the engine of a new digital economy.

RippleX’s developer growth team focuses on supporting the growth and engagement of the XRPL developer community globally - from onboarding and education, to community building, to project formation and startup acceleration. As part of a $1BN XRP pledge to support builders and developers in the XRPL ecosystem, Ripple has launched several funding programs (Grants and Accelerator) to nurture projects/early-stage startups and accelerate innovation in Web3. This year, RippleX is focused on supporting the expansion of the XRPL community into new geographies and local markets.

We’re looking for a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager with a passion for blockchain technology, an eye for disruptive innovation, and an interest in working to help build and scale the XRPL startup ecosystem globally. In this role, you’ll develop and manage strategic partnerships with mentors, investors, and other partner organizations to scale the XRPL ecosystem globally and support startups. You’ll set the overall structure for what local XRPL communities will look like and build a network of local partners who can help execute on expansion strategies. You’ll work to source and recruit innovative startups globally through extensive outreach across relevant communities, and orchestrate connections between startups, mentors, investors, and other strategic partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage and coordinate across GTM strategies for engaging developers in new prioritized geographies.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with mentors, investors, and other partner organizations to support startups.
  • Facilitate regular communication and provide updates to the extended ecosystem network.
  • Source and recruit innovative startups globally through extensive outreach across relevant communities.
  • Orchestrate connections between startups, mentors, investors, and other strategic partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain investor network through ongoing engagement, including regular updates on startup progress.
  • Help portfolio startups access resources, mentors, and connections within the ecosystem to accelerate their growth and development.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to architect tailored solutions and facilitate technical mentoring.
  • Develop relationships with external partners both within and outside web3.
  • Drive the outreach to Web3 communities and partners to help promote and partner on existing programs.
  • Conduct industry research, present findings and insights clearly to the cross functional team.
  • Set up systems and processes to ensure successful community building and participation.
  • Monitor trends to advise on ecosystem opportunities and risks.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Proven Experience in Web3 Community Building: Experience building Web3 communities and an existing network to tap into.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset and Strategic Thinking: Ability to be both creative and strategic.
  • Strong Program Management Skills: Proven ability to manage end-to-end programs with minimal supervision.
  • Cross-Functional Skills: Excellent at collaborating with and influencing many contributors.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • International Expansion: Bonus points for experience driving international expansion at high-growth startups.
  • Proactive self-starter, energetic and relentless in the pursuit of moving the needle.
  • Serious attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-intensity start-up environment.
