Job description

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join Puig’s Niche & Wellness Brands Digital Hub based in London, with a fast-growing presence globally and inspiring team of leaders, as Senior Ecommerce Manager.

In this role you will lead all online trade activities to drive commercial performance and growth of L’Artisan Parfumeur’s Ecommerce business across EMEA, UK and US, as well as new market launches. This is a broad trading role across trading, optimisation, merchandising and content, as well as partnering with Consumer Marketing to drive initiatives and spearheading innovation through an ambitious development roadmap.

You will report to the Ecommerce Director and have a team of four including three direct reports. Additionally, you will have access to a ‘shared services’ team of 20 people who will help, support and guide on the 360 strategy. All sitting as part of a wider team of 50 consumer obsessed individuals! Alongside this, this role will work closely with the tech team based in Barcelona and with the brand team based in Paris.

You will need to be a French-speaking highly commercially driven Senior Ecommerce Manager with a start-up mind set focused on achieving sales targets and increasing ROI, a great creative eye and knowledge of user experience.

This is a fast-paced and hands-on position which will be involved in everything – an amazing opportunity for an energetic online professional, keen to take the brand to the next level!

What you'll get to do
  • Define and drive both global and local Ecommerce strategy, aligning it with business aspirations, brand marketing plan and consumer insights.
  • Manage and optimise Ecommerce P&L together with the Ecommerce Director.

  • Oversee Trading Calendar and support on tactical opportunities to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Ensure best-in-class on-site visual merchandising standards are maintained with maximum product exposure across the website and marketing channels.
  • Spearhead innovation through development roadmap. Key business stakeholder for enhancements and improvements, influencing and advising on the digital product, A/B testing and insights roadmap whilst ensuring a consistent, optimised experience across all platforms and improving consumer satisfaction.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance the consumer experience and create immersive brand engagement and frictionless shopping.
  • Hold in-depth knowledge of tools and systems, providing requirements to the tech teams to develop them and achieve results.
  • Lead on SEO initiatives, refining the user experience and capitalising on organic search opportunities.
  • Define and implement continuous reporting and analysis on KPIs and leverage data to inform smarter choices and develop new initiatives.
  • Understand the consumer at a channel level and their respective end-to-end buying cycles in order to ‘problem solve’ and address necessary barriers to purchase.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging tools, proactively sharing these to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
We'd love to meet you if you have
