Senior Ecologist

The Senior Ecologist will play a vital role in delivering projects from inception to completion, including overseeing bids and tenders. The successful candidate's expertise will be essential in engaging with clients and ensuring high-quality project management and report writing. Collaboration with a dedicated team will support diverse projects while contributing to the consultancy's commitment to sustainability and environmental excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Proven experience in ecology or related fields, with a focus on project management.
2. Strong report writing and analytical skills.
3. Ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
4. Experience in delivering projects across various ecological sectors.
5. Familiarity with regulations and best practices related to biodiversity and environmental consultancy.
6. Relevant academic qualifications (e.g., degree in ecology, environmental science, or related field).
7. Membership in relevant professional organizations (e.g., CIEEM) is a plus.
