Essex / South East / East Anglia – Hybrid Working
£35,000 – £45,000 + Benefits
An established and forward-thinking ecological consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Ecologist to join their growing team. You’ll contribute to a diverse range of projects, from major infrastructure and mitigation schemes to smaller-scale developments, combining project management, mentoring, and technical delivery.

- £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

You’ll need:
- Proven experience within ecological consultancy (~5 years)
- Project management and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of UK ecology and legislation
- Experience with protected species licensing
- Advanced botanical and habitat assessment skills
- Associate or Full CIEEM membership
