£42-45 per hour

Initial 3 month contract - with a view to extend for up to 12 months+

My client in Central London is looking to source an experienced Town Planner to work at Senior / Principal level to join one of their area teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a local authority team with a good reputation, working on some very interesting and exciting projects / applications.

Responsibilities:

1. The applications will range from complex minors to majors of around 200 units.
2. Hybrid working is available for this role; however, the council requires you to be in the office and doing site visits, ideally for 1-2 days per week.
3. The London Borough Council has good transport links.
