Job description

We have an opportunity for a Senior Distribution Executive to join our Distribution department. You will report into the Group Head of Distribution and will be responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with business partners.

  • Work with Group Head of Distribution to develop bespoke account plans, goals for agreed business partners.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with Underwriting teams and partners to ensure deliverables are met or alternative plans put in place.
  • Identify opportunities with brokers that align to TMK business plan for approval and implementation.
  • Manage facility tenders for agreed clients and project manage all relevant stakeholders across the business to ensure the most compelling business case is developed for approval by Group Head of Distribution / Underwriting leads.
  • Work closely with the underwriting teams to maximise opportunities.
  • Develop strategic / ad hoc analysis / reports with full recommendations for approval.
  • Production of key broker performance reports for Group Head of Distribution and executive engagement.
  • To work closely with underwriting teams to build, track and follow up pipeline opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of underwriting systems to allow for a flexible approach to reporting. You will be a confident Excel user as well as proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You must also have the ability to manage multi-area strategic projects and will be able to produce accurate analytics and reports. The successful candidate will be confident explaining accounts to a wide variety of TMK employees including senior underwriters and will be able to build strong multi-level relationships.
