Your Role:
As the Senior Director, PPM, you will be responsible for leading and managing Directors, Associate Directors, and Senior Managers within the GPM team. You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, innovation and quality in project management while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing organization with expert-level knowledge of client contracts, deliverables, business practices, and KPIs.
- Foster a strong GPM team culture aligned with Signant Health’s values.
- Champion innovation and continuous process improvement within the Project Management function.
- Ensure the GPM, PPM team proactively identifies and mitigates project risks.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Delivery Directors to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Provide leadership in hiring, retaining, coaching, and developing team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and support career growth within the team.
- Drive effective resource allocation based on capacity management.
- Promote a culture of process improvement, streamlining operations to add value for both the business and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures while delivering on client commitments.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to align with client expectations and departmental goals.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, IT, or relevant experience.
- Proven strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Expert knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading diverse, high-performing global teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.
- Deep understanding of operational efficiency and profitability within a service-based business.
- A results-driven leader who fosters accountability, agility, and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and clinical studies.
- Strong understanding of eClinical solutions.
- Ability to navigate and lead within a changing work environment.
- Strong organizational thinking, influence, and collaboration skills in a matrix environment.
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate a global workforce.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles and software configuration.
