Senior Director/Partner

I am working with a top 15 Accountancy firm who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director/Partner to join their Corporate Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and extensive experience in the media industry. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow our M&A practice, working with a diverse range of clients in the media sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage M&A transactions from inception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and insights.
3. Oversee due diligence processes, financial modelling, and valuation analysis.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive M&A solutions.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media industry.
6. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in M&A, with a track record of successful transactions.
2. Deep understanding of the media industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
