We are seeking a Senior Director, Biostatistics where you will be in charge of the biostatistics strategy, lead company’s pivotal assets, and visibility working with executive and c-suite leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the statistical direction of our oncology programs and contribute to life-changing therapies for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide statistical leadership and strategic input across company’s clinical development programs, from early-stage trials to regulatory submissions.
  • Design and oversee statistical aspects of clinical studies, including protocol development, statistical analysis plans (SAPs), and study endpoints.
  • Ensure data integrity, validity, and compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH, GCP).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Development Operations, Statistical Programming, Data Management, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs teams.
  • Mentor and help grow team of biostatisticians, fostering a high-performing and innovative culture.
  • Oversee statistical programming activities, working closely with internal and external partners (CROs, vendors).
  • Represent company in regulatory meetings and submissions, supporting interactions with the FDA and other global health authorities.
  • Drive innovation by applying cutting-edge statistical methodologies and technologies in clinical trial design and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of biostatistics experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology company (CRO’s don’t meet the requirement), with a strong background in oncology drug development.
  • Expertise in clinical trial design, adaptive trial methodologies, and regulatory submissions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative biotech environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and regulatory agencies.
