Sabre Hospitality Solutions is looking for a talented Senior Digital Strategist.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for owning the digital marketing acquisition program for Hotel customers across global regions, with an emphasis on EMEA.
- Consults with Hotel customers to grow acquisition campaigns by understanding their business, target markets, and needs and objectives and then provides creative and thoughtful marketing solutions.
- Knowledgeable and confident with all elements of digital marketing including PPC, Online Media, SEO and Analytics Platforms.
- Ability to execute on all digital marketing acquisition programs including PPC, Online Media and SEO.
- Delivers digital marketing program reports and analytics and interprets results of acquisition programs ensuring value of program is effectively conveyed to client.
- Understands the industry benchmarks to allow for proactive recommendations and management of acquisition programs on an ongoing basis.
- Develop, maintain, and present acquisition planning and manage annual planning process as applicable for portfolio of clients.
- Leverage partner relationships to support digital acquisition channel activation and optimization.
- Administer routine account management tasks essential to Sabre Hospitality’s operations including monthly billing, updating client contact records, maintaining records of the account’s digital marketing services and products, and assisting with or managing contract negotiations and renewals.
- Present and explain Digital Marketing Acquisition Plans to Hotel customers.
- Serve as Hotel customers' first point-of-contact for troubleshooting digital marketing items.
- Ability to interact with high-level decision makers.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hotel/Hospitality Management or a related field.
Must Have Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Account Management and Online Marketing and/or Hotel Sales & Marketing.
- Experience running digital campaigns with an understanding of SEO, PPC, Online Media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must possess strong attention to detail, as well as extraordinary customer service and project management skills.
- Must have a strong understanding of Marketing & Electronic Distribution (within the hospitality industry as a bonus) and be able to provide consultation on the fly.
- Ability to travel as required (up to 10%).
