About the role

We are looking for a technically minded Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month basis, covering a period of parental leave. This role sits within JustGiving’s Digital Services team, who are responsible for creating and delivering unforgettable digital solutions, applications, and microsites for the UK’s leading Charities.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Services, you’ll work alongside our Commercial and CRM Teams, Engineers, and Consultants to deliver market-leading fundraising campaigns for JustGiving’s Enterprise Charity Partners.

What you'll be doing

1. Ensure projects are scoped and executed appropriately, to agreed timeframes and budget.
2. Use your excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with our Charity Partners and internal teams.
3. You’ll be responsible for leading key project meetings including Project Kick-off calls, Work in Progress meetings and Project Retros.
4. Create and manage project backlogs using our preferred project management tools.
5. Continuously drive efficiency across all areas of development and project management.
6. Organise and complete user acceptance testing.

What we need from you

1. 5+ years of experience managing technical projects.
2. Technically minded, ideally with experience of working with CMS tools, APIs and managing third-party integration projects.
3. An excellent communicator, confident in stakeholder management.
4. Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced agency environment with shifting priorities.
5. Proficient with Project Management tools such as Asana, MS Project, Azure DevOps and Jira.
6. Experienced in Digital Project management with a solid understanding of Agile & software development lifecycles (SDLC).
