This is a key clinical digital role working across the Trust, we are looking for someone who is passionate about harnessing the potential that digital innovation can bring to patients and citizens of Leeds. The post holder will ensure that the clinical data/digital needs of Nurses, Midwives, Allied Health Professionals are fully represented.
As a Senior Digital Nurse/Midwife/AHP (NMAHP) you will be a core member of the Clinical Digital Team within Digital Services. Contributing clinical oversight to a wide range of digital innovation projects and sharing your expertise of clinical care and health and care systems to deliver user-led and effective digital innovation within LTHT services, enabling better patient experiences and health and care outcomes. This post requires an individual with multi-professional Clinical Digital experience combined with communication and influencing skills.
The post holder will help embed What Good Looks Like (WGLL) across Leeds Teaching Hospitals and support delivery of the NMAHP Digital Strategy. You will be responsible for supporting the Associate Chief Clinical Information Officer (ACCIO) and Deputy Chief Clinical Information Officers (DCCIOs) in advancing the Digital Transformational agenda and NMAHP Digital Strategy across Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust (LTHT).
This role requires an individual who is passionate about digital with a desire to help influence and drive change across the organisation by building productive, sustainable, and effective clinical digital partnerships and environments.
You will work collaboratively with Clinical Digital colleagues, Clinical Service Units, and frontline staff acting as a champion for digital working, promoting innovation and championing the development of an information culture across LTHT.
You will maintain active professional registration with your appropriate governing body and work with the Clinical Digital Team to help bridge the gap between DIT and frontline teams ensuring the voice of the workforce and service users are effectively represented.
You will support the development, delivery, implementation, and use of informatics solutions in partnership with DIT colleagues using systems methodology to ensure our digital solutions are meeting the needs of our workforce and service users.
You will be supported by the ACCIO and DCCIOs to help optimise use of digital tools and technology, to deliver LTHT's 7 Commitments and the NMAHP Digital Strategy to deliver safe, efficient care and improve patient outcomes and experience.
