Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition for the parking company. This role will focus on enhancing the company’s online presence, optimising digital channels, and analysing performance to ensure marketing goals are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital campaigns, SEO, paid media, and leveraging analytics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on driving traffic, customer acquisition, and enhancing brand awareness.
  • SEO & SEM Management: Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, etc.) to increase visibility and lead generation.
  • Paid Media Campaigns: Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, display ads, etc.), ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Content Marketing & Social Media: Oversee the creation of engaging digital content for social media platforms, email marketing, and the website. Develop strategies to increase engagement and drive traffic through organic and paid social media efforts.
  • Website & Conversion Optimisation: Lead efforts to optimise the company’s website for user experience, conversion rates, and performance. Collaborate with the web team to ensure digital assets are aligned with marketing goals and target audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign data to track the success of digital marketing initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ongoing campaigns and overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration across departments to execute integrated marketing campaigns. Work closely with the content, creative, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Budget Management & Forecasting: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels and ensuring campaigns stay within budget while maximising results.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance-driven campaigns, preferably in a B2C environment.
    • Experience in managing digital marketing teams and working cross-functionally with other departments such as sales, product, and creative teams.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media marketing, email campaigns, and web analytics tools.
    • Strong commercial experience in driving through the best campaign ROI for the organization.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
    • Deep understanding of conversion optimisation, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.
    • Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing software.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Results-oriented with a data-driven mindset and ability to pivot based on performance insights.
    • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative digital strategies.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Certification in digital marketing or related disciplines (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
