Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and thorough Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join the Adobe Digital Experience EMEA Marketing Organisation to drive strategic 1:Many digital marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. This role will work closely with centralised marketing and our regional field marketing teams to deliver high-impact marketing programmes that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital customer journeys via campaigns targeting a broad audience across EMEA.

  • Collaborate with web, content, and the integrated campaign marketing teams to build mature digital customer multi-channel journeys, dynamic multi-language digital relevant content and personalised email nurtures.

  • Drive innovation by continuously experimenting with new digital marketing strategies and tools, ensuring a proactive approach to testing and optimising campaigns for maximum impact.

Management & Optimisation of Digital Campaign Activation:

  • As the digital campaign owner, you will work closely with our external Paid Media Agency and internal email automation to plan and implement cross-channel digital campaigns.

  • Leverage intent data, firmographics, and behavioural insights to tailor messaging and digital experiences to different audience segments.

  • Utilise digital platforms to create dynamic audiences, measure campaign effectiveness and report on actionable insights and recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the link between the centralised EMEA digital marketing team and other marketing teams, ensuring alignment on messaging, audience targeting, and campaign execution.

  • Provide internal customers with digital expertise, advise, strategy, and insights.

Performance Tracking & Optimisation

  • Track and analyse campaign performance, engagement metrics, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.

  • Optimise campaigns using A/B testing, personalisation tactics, and real-time adjustments based on data insights.

  • Share reports on important data and insights with collaborators, showcasing value and campaign efficiency.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industries.

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale digital marketing campaigns with a track record of driving engagement and pipeline.

  • Strong understanding of digital channels including paid media, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, and email marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce, and PowerBi preferred.

  • Experience working in a centralised marketing team in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Creative thinking and a passion for innovation and testing.

  • Proactive, flexible, and hard-working approach to work.

  • Excellent social skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of people.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
