As a senior digital enterprise architect, you will:

• Advise our clients on topics such as digital transformation, omni-channel sales & service, product innovation and digital platform strategy.
• Deliver real value for customers by designing digital solutions, platform architectures and innovative delivery approaches.
• Collaborate with team members from multiple disciplines, including Designers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Clients and Business Stakeholders to help identify key areas for innovation, define and refine the challenge statement and propose solution hypotheses.
• Work in cross-functional teams and support or facilitate workshops with client teams applying various methods, e.g. agile, event storming, domain driven design, platform target state architecture & business model innovation.
• Have an understanding of the key technology partners across the B2B and B2C eCommerce landscape and overall MarTech architectures, including concepts such as Composable Commerce (and "MACH Alliance").
• Understand the perspectives of full-stack engineering, data scientists, and DevOps and be able to use, choose or create the right technology and approach.
• Be comfortable in working in early-stage programs with high levels of ambiguity and loosely defined scope.
• Recommend and implement product and platform technology architectures and software delivery methodologies and practices.
• Work with external vendors and ecosystem partners to evaluate and co-create solutions.
• Support and guide digital engineering teams on target state architecture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in software delivery in an enterprise or solution architecture position.
• Extensive experience in agile environments for digital product creation.
• Broad experience in modern engineering practices including:
• Product Architecture
• Platform & SRE Engineering
• Cloud Native Development
• Quality Engineering & DevSecOps
• Data & AI Engineering
• Experience of building on top of one of the main public cloud vendors (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Cloud Native Design and integrating cloud services directly into complex solutions.
• Comfortable in articulating trends in technology and engineering practices.
• Experience improving speed and quality outcomes using modern engineering practices.
