Adobe Suite Proficiency: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
Impressive Portfolio: A strong portfolio that highlights relevant design work is required (please attach!).

Organisational Skills: Highly organised and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects effectively.
Budget Management: Exposure to budget management and the ability to assess outsourcing versus in-house solutions.

Ecommerce Background: Experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment with rapid brief turnarounds is beneficial.
Video Experience: Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing or mentoring other creatives is advantageous.

As our Senior Digital Designer, you’ll focus on turning business briefs and priorities into outstanding visual creative work on brand activation, seasonal campaigns, and channel development. You’ll ensure all designs are kept on-brand and to a high standard - delivering at a rapid pace but keeping the quality high!
You’ll also help to elevate our brand as we continue building on our core values of being premium, inspiring, and straightforward.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 3 days per week from our office in Bourne End (SL8 5YS) and 2 days remote.
Bring our campaigns to life: You’ll craft captivating campaigns and stunning visuals across all channels, ensuring our brand truly shines. Collaboration is key, so you'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to bring your ideas to life.
Develop Creative Solutions: Use your design skills to translate business goals into compelling visuals that connect with our audience and stand out across digital and print spaces.
Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing fresh ideas, collaborating in design reviews, and jumping in to support projects as needed.

End to end development of visually compelling seasonal, brand, and tactical campaigns from concept development through production to activation.
Delivering all visual creative requirements for Virgin Experience Days (UK) + Virgin Experience Gifts (US) across three business units (D2C, B2B, and Retail).
Collaborate and communicate effectively with peers and key stakeholders across the business.
Maintain quality and consistency in day-to-day projects while helping achieve our larger brand goals.
