The Role:

Are you passionate about nutrition, wellness, and shaping health-focused solutions? Join Holland & Barrett as a Senior Dietitian and play an integral role in enhancing our product offerings and services with clinical expertise. You'll contribute to our wellness strategy, collaborate with a talented team, and lead innovative projects that promote a healthier future for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical expertise in weight management, heart health, and other wellness areas
• Design evidence-based programmes, incorporating the latest scientific research
• Create educational resources and training materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Guide product development teams with scientific insights to enhance offerings
• Develop and maintain clinical guidelines, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Foster collaboration across departments, providing expert advice on product and content creation
• Represent the company at scientific conferences and engage with external partners

Location: This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.

The Person:

• BSc (Hons) or postgraduate equivalent in Dietetics, HCPC registered
• Several years of clinical experience, with a focus on weight management
• Proven experience in developing credible health and wellness content
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, delivering science-led initiatives
• Passion for nutritional science, health, and wellness
• Knowledge of clinical guidelines for obesity, weight management, and cardiovascular health
