An established industry player is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager to lead the development of high voltage electrical transmission projects in the North of Scotland. Base Location: Aberdeen, Perth, Glasgow or Inverness
Salary: £55,200 – £83,000 + car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
This is an excellent opportunity to join the industry during a period of unprecedented growth where you will help shape the future of the high voltage electrical transmission network in the North of Scotland and contribute in the Transition to Net Zero.
The Senior Development Project Manager in the SSENT Offshore Directorate will report to the Lead Project Manager and manage the Development phase of large capital projects in the network transmission business, with particular focus on the offshore cable elements such as landfall site selection, marine environmental assessment (MEA), marine surveys, cable route development and offshore platform site selection.
The remit of Development projects pertains to the derisking and refining of the project prior to handover to delivery and includes fisheries and public consultation and engagement, site selection, the planning and marine consenting process and supply chain engagement.
