Are you a Senior Designer or similar within the Façade, Cladding or Roofing industry? Are you looking for a step-up into a management position within a rapidly expanding specialist in their field, who give you full autonomy to lead a team and the opportunity to work on a range of interesting projects?

Responsibilities:

1. Lead design projects from concept through to completion.
2. Manage and mentor junior designers.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure design integrity.
4. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Designer in a relevant field.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
