Your Mission: What You'll Do

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

4. Engage with the Market: Forge strong relationships with customers and suppliers as you pitch innovative range ideas during sales meetings, contributing directly to our growth and success.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek a candidate who is not merely qualified but passionate about their craft. If you have:

1. Experience: 3 years in knitwear design, preferably within a fashion retail environment. (Less experienced candidates for assistant designer roles may be considered!)
2. Technical Know-How: Solid understanding of manufacturing techniques and materials, paired with the ability to produce detailed technical sheets.
3. Drive & Passion: A target-oriented mindset with a burning passion for fashion that pushes you to innovate and grow.
4. Design Skills: Proficiency in CAD and Adobe Illustrator, backed by a digital-first approach to design.
5. Communication Superpowers: Exceptional time management, presentation, and communication skills that help you shine in collaborative settings.
