About the role of Senior Design Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a senior-level role reporting directly to the Design Director while taking ownership of a mix of projects at both delivery and work-winning stages. This role will be part of a strong team of 14 design managers at various levels who have had a very low turnover of staff over recent years. There is also the opportunity for growth to a lead design manager role, which offers wider management responsibility.

Requirements for the Senior Design Manager role

1. Experience working in a Design Management role with a fit out or sub-contractor
2. Experience working in the fit-out sector
3. Experience with commercial/office/workplace fit out
4. Experience in work winning and delivery
