Senior Design Engineer

You’re a proven Mechanical Design Engineer. You have a wide experience of design knowledge, always aligning to the key principles of design and development.

You support current and new product projects requiring engineering input, engaging with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

As part of this role, you’ll be:

• Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, supporting in all aspects of design tasks and live work projects.
• Proficient with Solidworks OR Inventor.
• Produce technical reports detailing work including structural calculations and Finite element analysis.
• Innovating and developing customised solutions and designs.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Demonstrated work experience within an oil & gas/renewables or advanced composites related industry.
• Experience and knowledge of subsea structural analysis and validation methods.
• Great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
