Senior Demand Planning Manager ***Premium B-CORP FMCG Food***

Hybrid working: 3 days per week based in Central London

Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 per annum + bonus, pension, healthcare, life insurance, and holiday.

The Senior Demand Planning Manager will lead the demand planning and forecasting process, ensuring accurate projections that align sales, supply chain, and production efforts. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this role focuses on optimizing inventory levels, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing S&OP processes to support business growth. Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and managing forecasting models.
2. Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams.
3. Aligning demand forecasts with supplier capabilities.
4. Monitoring performance and improving planning tools and processes.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Extensive demand planning expertise, driving process and KPI improvements, gained within an FMCG environment.
3. Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, adept at leading impactful meetings and simplifying complex messages for senior stakeholders.
4. Skilled at engaging and influencing internal teams while managing complexity and ambiguity.
5. Highly analytical, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Experience in designing and executing change programs and proficiency in demand planning systems like SAP IBP would be beneficial.
