Position: Senior Demand Planner

Location: Central London

Salary: £52,000 - £57,000 + bonus and benefits

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an entreprenerial drinks brand based in Central London as a Senior Demand Planner. In this role, you will be pivotal in creating robust forecasts, collaborating cross-functionally with the wider supply chain team, and building strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a long-term demand plan.
• Lead the implementation of the Anaplan system.
• Manage the monthly S&OP process.
• Provide insights on forecast changes, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Oversee forecasting for new product development (NPD) and manage obsolete stock.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance forecast accuracy.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong demand planning experience within the food or drink industry.
• Proficient in IT, including advanced Excel skills; experience with Anaplan is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Highly numerate with keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in leading the S&OP process.
