Senior Demand Planner

Vertical Advantage is excited to partner with a high-growth, strategic FMCG Food business based in West London. This dynamic hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home, with just two days a week in the office.

The Role:

Join the team as a Demand Planner, working across the EMEA region to enhance forecasting accuracy and performance for some of their biggest accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing 12-month+ rolling demand planning forecasts.
• Implementing SAP IBP as the main Demand Forecasting tool
• Collaborating closely with sales teams, manufacturing sites, and other stakeholders to align forecasts.
• Continuously improving forecasting methods to boost accuracy.
• Developing and executing forecasting and order management strategies aimed at reducing waste and improving budgeting.

Your Profile:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience in an FMCG Supply Chain environment.
• Proven expertise in long-term forecasting and demand planning.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with SAP APO is highly desirable.
