The Role & Expectations:
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this individual will take ownership of pipeline acceleration through multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, SEO, ABM, and content marketing. They will drive measurable impact by:
- Owning the demand strategy: Designing and executing integrated growth campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Optimizing digital acquisition: Use marketing automation platforms (Marketo/Salesforce) to scale, optimise and enhance campaign performance.
- Experimenting & iterating: Implementing A/B testing, optimizing messaging, and continuously refining tactics based on real-time data.
- Building pipeline: Defining lead scoring and qualification criteria, ensuring seamless handoffs with sales, and increasing conversion rates.
- Scaling impact: Bringing an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to maximize ROI and accelerate growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a growth-oriented, data-driven, and innovative marketer who is excited by the opportunity to lead demand generation at scale. This person should have:
• A proven track record in digital lead generation & pipeline growth in B2B.
• Experience in scaling multi-channel demand programs in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills to measure, optimize and report on marketing campaign performance using platforms such as Marketo & Salesforce. Certified Marketo expert and/or 3+ years experience required.
• The ability to move fast, test continuously, and pivot based on insights.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to drive engagement and conversion.
