Job Description:

My client is a leading pensions firm currently recruiting for a number of defined benefit pension administrators across all levels, working hybrid from Edinburgh or Glasgow to manage a portfolio of DB schemes. You will work at the forefront of the team, with the scope to develop within other teams to trustee and consulting.

The roles are due to increased business, and the successful applicant will be key within the team, managing your own set of DB/DC schemes. Previous technical defined benefit/final salary pensions/DC experience is essential, along with some experience in client management within pensions. Professional qualifications such as progress towards PMI are desirable but not essential.

You will be working with clients who have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, along with a thorough understanding of scheme rules, current legislation, and project management. Your work will include some client-facing responsibilities as your experience increases, if you wish.
