Senior Azure Data Engineer - £70K

2 times a month in Lancashire - expensed

We are looking for a Data Engineer to be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure to enhance our Business Intelligence and Analytics capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that our data systems are reliable, scalable, and optimized. You will contribute to leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and foster innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years Data Engineering experience
• Azure
• Design and development of ETL pipelines and processes
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Proficiency in programming such as Python, Java, or Scala
• Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Strong communication skills
