We are seeking an experienced Data & Reporting Analyst to join the Disney Parks team at our EMEA Head Office in Hammersmith. This role combines technical expertise in data analytics with business acumen to drive commercial decisions for Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line.

What You Will Do

1. Design and develop automated reporting solutions using SQL/Python across Snowflake, Streamlit and/or Tableau to provide real-time insights into business performance.
2. Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through data visualisation and statistical analysis.
3. Lead the development of self-service analytics tools to empower stakeholders across Disney Destinations International.
4. Analyse cross-channel performance metrics including web analytics, e-commerce data, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
5. Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and create dashboards that drive business decisions.
6. Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Commercial experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar role.
2. Advanced SQL skills with proven experience querying large datasets in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake desirable).
3. Strong statistical analysis background with focus on digital performance metrics and A/B testing.
4. Demonstrable experience building data pipelines and automated reporting solutions.
5. Expert knowledge of digital analytics platforms, particularly Adobe Analytics & Google Marketing Platform.
6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
7. Excellent analytical & numerical skills, including data interrogation and manipulation.
8. Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques, with platform experience in Streamlit or Tableau (desirable), or similar tools.
9. Experience using SQL (essential) and Python (desirable), to manipulate data, extract insights and create/set up reporting from large volumes of data.
10. Experience using cloud database (e.g. Snowflake).
