Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

The Disney+ team is responsible for the day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, specifically focused on marketing, customer acquisition and retention, partnerships, content programming, and research and analytics.

We are looking for two Senior Analysts to join our EMEA Insights & Analytics team on a fixed-term contract basis. The department supports regional & local business partners across a wide set of projects, including content performance & merchandising, subscriber acquisition & retention, product feature testing, and marketing effectiveness.

These roles will leverage best-in-class analytical skills spanning from insights generation to statistical experimentation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and support business needs. Key to the success of these roles will be the ability to provide relevant insights, generated from Disney+ data as well as leveraging the full breadth of customer research, market and business intelligence provided by the broader team. You will be a pivotal role within the Disney+ business, which will provide crucial insights on business performance, and will directly feed into business decisions and action plans across the region.

What You Will Do

  1. Deliver timely reporting and analysis in order to gain deep understanding of our content performance, subscriber base health, product feature usage, and marketing effectiveness.
  2. Present crystal clear results with insights, related implications and actions to a variety of stakeholders.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to monitor key metrics and provide regular updates on business performance to stakeholders.
  4. Support training of teams to adopt self-serve and interpret data insights, encouraging a data-led decision-making mindset.
  5. Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and creating new ones, acknowledging opportunities when automatable scalable solutions are required and when one off analytics is best placed.
  6. Develop relationships across the Analytics and business teams at regional and local level, as well as with Analytics teams internationally to align on key priorities and targets.
  7. Closely manage requests coming through, liaising with stakeholders to deliver analysis in a timely, impactful manner.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  1. SQL experience is essential.
  2. Python/R and other statistical programming language experience is desirable.
  3. Background in data visualization and dashboard development (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  4. Strong understanding of statistics concepts (e.g., propensity modelling, hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
  5. Have a demonstrated history of translating complex data sets into clear and actionable narratives and communicate opportunities and challenges to stakeholders.
  6. Ability to think strategically, analyse and interpret market and consumer data.
  7. Experience of working collaboratively across international organisations.
  8. Skilled at prioritising and managing multiple project schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously.

The Perks
  1. 25 days annual leave.
  2. Private medical insurance & dental care.
  3. Free Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for free.
  4. Disney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketing.
  5. Excellent parental and guardian leave.
  6. Employee Resource Groups - WOMEN @ Disney, Disney DIVERSITY, Disney PRIDE, ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.
