About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and advanced analytics. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing digital performance, providing actionable insights, and shaping strategies to increase revenue, engagement, and conversion rates. Your focus will be on the “Win Happy” website.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Strategy
Develop custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key KPIs, including revenue, conversion rates, AOV (Average Order Value), CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), and cart abandonment metrics.
Perform customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and cohort tracking to drive personalization and retention strategies.
Evaluate and improve digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing) with insights to enhance ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition).

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
Required Skills & Experience
Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and event tracking.
Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis and automation.
Strong preference for Power BI, but experience with Google Data Studio or Tableau is also valuable.
Good understanding of A/B testing methodologies and business intelligence tools.
Experience with digital marketing analytics, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and campaign performance analysis.
Familiarity with Looker or similar tools.
Experience with CRMs (preferably Braze).
Ability to extract and present actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
