Aegon have an exciting opportunity for an experienced data professional with a mathematical / statistical / Data Science background to join our Analytics team.
Whilst sitting within our centralised Analytics team, this role will focus on working closely with our Marketing team to support Mylo, a new permanent cross-functional customer value stream, using targeted marketing to maximise the value of our existing customer base. Mylo will help us get a deeper understanding of our customers, by interpreting insight and data to help us build campaigns and marketing funnels which results in a deep and meaningful relationship with Aegon. We need someone to support the Mylo team through the provision of data, analytics and insight to help them achieve their goal of assisting our existing workplace customers maximise their savings.
We are seeking an experienced data analyst / budding data scientist with a passion for analysis who is looking for the opportunity to drive impact through analytics, champion data culture, and pioneer the use of data science within an exciting new value-stream. As the Analytics team business partner for Mylo, you'll need to have a solid foundation of skills including data analysis, data transformation and stakeholder management, plus an interest in developing and employing data science skills as Mylo matures from its initial launch early next year.
