The Role

The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analysing complex data sets, creating visualisations, and providing recommendations to support business strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of analytics techniques and the ability to communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business questions and translate them into data analysis projects.
• Analyse large and complex data sets.
• Develop detailed and informative visualisations.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to enhance the quality and reliability of insights.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 7+ years in data/insight analytics
• Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Ability to work with large and complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven track record of developing predictive models and providing actionable insights.
• Experience in either Power BI or Tableau
