We are seeking an experienced Senior D365 Finance Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) with a strong background in financial modules and end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in configuring, customizing, and deploying D365 Finance modules and tax compliance. As a D365 Finance Consultant, you will lead projects, collaborate with clients, and drive functional solution designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Customization: Lead and actively participate in the full implementation lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Finance modules, ensuring solutions are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Module Expertise: Configure and customize D365 Finance module, including but not limited to Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, Financial Structure, Ledger Calendar, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and GST Compliances.
• Tax GST & Management Reporting: Oversee the implementation of Tax GST processes in D365, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Support management reporting functions within D365.
• Solution Design & Documentation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Provide detailed solution designs and lead documentation efforts.
• Problem-Solving Leadership: Lead and guide the team in addressing technical and functional challenges, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality delivery.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, including consultants, analysts, and developers. Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment focused on knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project methodologies, tools, and best practices across teams.

Requirements:

• Experience: Should have relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO), with a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end implementations of D365 Finance in the Banking sector (preferably with high volumes of financial transactions).
• Functional Expertise: Extensive experience with D365 FO modules, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Tax GST compliance, and Management Reporting.
• Requirements Gathering: Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and map them to D365 F&O capabilities.
• Integration Knowledge: Solid understanding of D365 F&O integration with other third-party systems, and experience with data management, security, PowerBI, and integrations with AFAH.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues and propose effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310) required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the banking or financial services industry, particularly in handling complex financial transactions.
• Additional Certifications: Other relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies will be a plus.
