A Global Insurer is seeking an experienced D&O Underwriter in their London team. The Senior Underwriter will be expected in the London office 3-4 days per week typically.

The role will entail:

• Profitably underwriting Directors and Officers business
• Acting as the main point of contact for medium/ large clients
• Liaising with Brokers, Clients and Reinsurers
• Supervising and guiding junior colleagues
• Providing information on underwriting trends in order to contribute to strategy and forecasting

Applicants must have a solid technical underwriting background in Directors and Officers insurance, ideally both UK and international business. Confident Broker relationship skills are essential and knowledge of a European language would be advantageous.
