Your new company
Our client is a market-leading Cyber Insurer. We have partnered with them as they have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join their cyber claims team. They are looking to recruit a motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about Cyber as a class of business. This is a rare opportunity to join their cyber team in a top 5 Lloyds of London syndicate with global operations, which was brought about due to an internal promotion.

Your new role
At this company, senior claims adjusters are technical experts responsible for proactively adjusting complex claims, ensuring adequate financial provisions, and delivering excellent service to insureds and customers. They oversee lawyers, adjusters, and experts, assist the Claims Manager with oversight of delegated claims authority holders and service providers, and work to remediate any concerns. You will also get the opportunity to mentor more junior members of staff to help them develop their careers, passing on any advanced knowledge of the market or Cyber business as a whole.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of effective management of cyber claims, demonstrating a high level of technical competency, time-keeping, and organisation within the Cyber Claims process. You will need to have experience dealing with complex and high-value Cyber caseloads, whilst also liaising with TPAs and Underwriters.
