Excellent opportunity for a passionate customer success manager to join a brilliant client's team based in Fleet, Hampshire. The Senior Customer Success Manager is a client-facing role and you will be responsible for ensuring clients are successfully onboarded and maximize the value of the platform. This will include guiding clients through data, optimizing their use of entity management tools, and fostering strong and long-term relationships. You will closely work with cross-functional teams including product development, Client Delivery, and Sales.


This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be expected to be in the Fleet office 2-3 days per week. As well as very competitive salaries, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including a bonus.


Skills and experience:

  1. 5+ years' experience of providing customer success within the business or as a software vendor.
  2. Excellent problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, a pragmatic approach, and the ability to identify multiple options and recommend preferred solutions.
  3. Strong technical background or keen interest to learn.
  4. Advanced experience and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Technologies (MS Share Point, Power Platform).
  5. Proven professional proficiency in English (knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is a plus).
  6. Process-oriented - demonstrated ability to develop repeatable processes or improve existing processes.
  7. Solid understanding of the business environment in which we operate and eagerness to understand and assess market developments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers.
  2. Gather and validate corporate legal data provided by customers ensuring accuracy.
  3. Oversee the full platform setup before Go-Live.
  4. Provide user training sessions.
  5. Guide and lead customers through system updates, new feature adoption, and best practices.
  6. Monitor client health metrics.
  7. Work closely with Client Delivery, Sales, and Product Development to resolve client challenges.
