Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established organisation who are known for their iconic brands. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their team.

As a Senior Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our brands. Leading a talented team, you’ll ensure top-notch customer service and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You'll manage the customer service team, oversee operational excellence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed KPIs.

What the role will involve?

  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring timely shipping and invoicing.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor the customer service team to ensure high morale and engagement.
  • Compile and review reports to inform strategy and improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify training needs, mentor team members, and oversee onboarding processes.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:
  • Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian as an additional language
  • Experience as a Team Leader or Manager in a Customer Service environment
  • Experience working with SAP
  • You will need to pass an advanced Excel Test for this role
