Key Responsibilities:

2. Order Processing & Enquiries: Take charge of processing customer orders and addressing inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
3. Cross-Department Liaison: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotes are accurate and liaise with the accounts department to guarantee correct billings.
4. Spot Issues Early: Proactively identify any discrepancies in orders and highlight potential fixes to avoid delays, ensuring a streamlined experience for customers.

What We're Looking For:
