We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join this manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Newark. Own transport is required due to the location of the site (not easily accessible by public transport).

As the Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service, addressing enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your work will directly impact the experience your customers have with the business, making you a key player in ensuring things run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
